The three goals scored by the Tsana Boys of Garsen was an added advantage to proceed to the next round of the Chapa Dimba na Safaricom tournament.
Makere United fc had to leave the fans with shock as the famous Marsis of Tsana Boys made Makere United to play under pressure.
The prominent Tsana Boys confirmed very well during the first half as they scored all the three goals.
Hassan Omar’s goal for Makere United during the first half didn’t make any pressure at the second half for Tsana.
As the first half ended Tsana Boys were on the lead on 3-1.
Marsis was the player that everyone felt anxious to watch. He was on the score sheet on the 10th March 2019 at the Hola Stadium. He made Makere ‘s defenders on the move as always.
The second runners up was the first participation in the tournament. It was a nice experience after a massive wins before this stage.
Our desk interviewed Bubu Rhova, one of the players in the Makere United squad. “Tsana Boys is a very good team. They work as a team. We look positive though we we lost the game”, he said.
When asked about the second half, he had something to say. “We came very positive that we shall equalize. It was so unfortunate! Our coach advised us accordingly though we had some chances to score”.
Tsana Boys will now proceed to the next round against teams from various branches in the coast region.
