Tana River Governor, His Excellency Major(rtd) Dhadho Godhana at a wedding event held in Mombasa, Forodhani Hall yesterday shocked the mass with his new dancing moves. The governor who was the Guest of Honour and the traditional presider of the handing over ceremony of her grand-daughter, Aysha Morowa (daughter of Tana River Director of Linkage and Patnerships) and Mustafa Karua.
The governor congratulated and saluted the new couple on taking the next step of their new found love to marriage. He also advised the couples to be role models to those yet to marry as many shun away from marriages. He also commented that many marry for a short period and start conflicts with one another which later leads to separations.
The occasion was entertained by the famous ‘Sihaja Dawa’ artiste Machkonga and the traditional Vugula dancers from Tana River. In attendance also were top County officials and Miss Tourism Tana River.
